The cable tie gun is connected to a host machine. Loose cable ties can be put into a vibration bowl in the host machine. Once operator pulls the trigger of the tie gun, cable ties would be tied automatically.

Working process of automatic cable tie machine
Operation process: put nylon zip ties into vibration bowl –distribute and load nylon ties – put wire harness/tubes or other products in the middle of jaws of cable tie gun – pull the trigger of tie gun - finish bundle and collect the waste into a box.
